If you have any problems with PayPal, please call us and we'll handle it over the telephone. For credit card payments over the telephone, we will email you to set up a phone call.

Missed Class Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for missed workshops/ classes that are not ongoing due to their limited time offering. Make ups are available for ongoing mentorship students within the calendar school year. For questions about this policy, please ask us.

Missed Class Policy: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or re-scheduling for missed classes. Where possible however, your instructor may offer you an opportunity to make up your class during another class period in which he/she teaches.
